1. Use of Platform Utilities

The calculators, AI assistants, and GST rates displayed in the AI Tax Center are provided for educational and administrative convenience. While we aim to update slabs according to the latest Finance Acts, users and practitioners must cross-verify outputs against official gazette notifications before finalizing returns.

2. Membership Rules

Registration applications are subject to background review by TCPAK state board chapters. Membership is active only upon verifying document validity and receiving chapter fees.

3. Limitation of Liability

TCPAK Kerala, its administrative board, or legal council are not liable for any discrepancies, penalties, or interests incurred by practitioners using our local calculators or AI chatbot guides.
